Noticing
Maggie and Urvi here! We are on a mission to break free of the formulaic ways we’re told to live and instead, dance with the nuance of life. We believe that the path to transformation and ultimately freedom is found there - in the space between. Between idealism and structure, between dreams and form, between have to do and crave to do. Join us each week as we notice the ways we can limit our growth by either/or thinking and how we can start to reshape these perspectives. It’s a matter of keeping an open mind and creating the structures that work FOR you.

Maggie and Urvi chat about what they’re noticing lately: easeful effort. In reshaping the nature of work for themselves and detaching from the idea that reward only comes from “hard work,” Maggie and Urvi consider what is effort and what does it look like to create from a place of ease, while still feeling invested, passionate, and sometimes just getting lost in the process of what you’re doing.

The healer to healers, Cindy Mattingly joins Maggie and Urvi for a conversation about energy intelligence. We discuss acknowledging the different elements of our being (physical, mental, emotional, energetic), coming into energy embodiment, observing how we express our energy, and building simple practices that give rise to our energy intelligence, promoting our ability to ground, balance and respond from an aligned and authentic place in daily living.
A coach, mentor, energy master, and occupational therapist, Cindy’s passion is helping people navigate the path to health and wellness using a holistic approach. Over the past 35 years, she has studied and combined different modalities to her work to fit her clients’ needs.

On this episode, Urvi chats with Lisa Rigoli to discuss how you bet on yourself when the path isn’t clear and the expansion that occurs when you share the messy middle of your journey, new experience, or transition.
In October of 2022, she experienced a major shift in her career: As part of a reorg, her position as a HR Director was eliminated. 16 years of HR work flash before her eyes. She realized she had two options – to look for another position within the Organization, or pursue a dream she had for a long time.
She took the leap, and went with option two to invest in herself and her vision as of February 1, 2023. Lisa Rigoli is a Leadership Coach & HR Consultant. She supports organizations in one of two ways: 1. helping leaders (Director & Above) navigate through what she’s calling a SHIFT, the transition from one leadership position into another or 2. improve the team dynamics during a SHIFT.

This week, Urvi & Maggie welcome Taylor Elyse Morrison.
Taylor turned being bad at self-care—and being firmly convinced of every human’s potential—into a career. She’s the founder of Inner Workout, and the author of a book by the same name. Recently named one of Fortune’s 10 Innovators Shaping the Future of Health, Taylor is tired of aspirational 'wellness as usual.' Instead, she builds businesses, content, and experiences that make well-being and personal development more accessible. You're just as likely to see Taylor facilitating a workshop at a Fortune 100 as you are to see her talking about TikTok and body image with a high school class. Wherever she goes, Taylor's sure to use her coaching, mindfulness, and movement training to meet people where they're at and offer actionable steps towards creating a world without burnout.

Insights from our chat with Lisa:
We are in a constant relationship with change
Finding the right tools to support you: If we want to live a life outside of rigid structures, we have to have tools that function the same way - that are flexible, adaptable, and supportive.
ALIGN with change by establishing a set of core values (A - Authenticity, L - Learning, I - Intentionality, G - Gratitude, N - Nurturing)
